The Strategies and Tactics Manual is under development and new sections will appear as they are finished. News on new content will be announced on this page.

New players are advised to read the World Overview section, and then read the Park Ranger Chronicles. The Chronicles are a web log of one experienced player's actual game, which have been annotiated with coaching on how to be a successful Empire player. A great way to learn.

I hope to complete the A&T Manual at some future date.
